The last folder before the tribunal. You walk in knowing the file.
If your case goes all the way, this stage prepares the person the tribunal panel will actually see: you. What to say at the hearing, in what order — in English, rehearsed against a copy in your own language — and what the respondent will argue back.
The tribunal pack
- Your statement, in order — the facts as a narrative you can say out loud at the hearing, timed, not read.
- The respondent's likely arguments — the defence your file suggests, each matched with the answer your evidence already holds.
- The bundle — every document, tagged to the fact it proves, in the order you'll rely on it.
- The comprehension copy — the whole pack in your language, so nothing said in that room is a surprise to you.
