A claim is only as good as what you can show. This stage tags every fact in your account — what carries the claim, what only supports it, and what is missing entirely — then writes the requests that fetch what you don't have yet.
How each fact is tagged
- Strong — the fact carries weight on its own; it goes in the document as it stands.
- Weak — it supports the story but won't stand alone; it's phrased honestly, never dressed up.
- Missing — the request that fetches it: who to ask, what to cite, by when. Most cases are won in this list.
Nothing is invented to fill a gap. A gap is stated as a gap.
