Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You can analyse a dispute and see your strength score and summary without paying. Paid plans unlock taking it further — downloading documents, mapping evidence, building claim papers, and faster results.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each plan is a single payment that lasts 30 days — closer to topping up a SIM than to a subscription. When the 30 days are up it simply lapses back to free. We never charge you again automatically, so there is nothing to cancel; if you want another 30 days, you buy again. Anything you downloaded while your plan was active stays yours permanently.
What does Premium add?
Premium unlocks the Hearing Prep pack — preparation to help you represent yourself on the day (what to expect, a documents checklist, the questions you may be asked, and the other side's likely arguments). It also gives three times the daily analysis limit and our fastest model. Paid plans buy you more tools and speed — not better odds; we never act for you or guarantee an outcome.
Do the prices include VAT?
The price you see is the total you pay. Nothing is added at checkout — no VAT on top, no booking fee, no card surcharge. Prices are in GBP, and your Stripe receipt shows the full breakdown.
